Terms and Conditions for Therapy Services
ANAM Therapeutic Counselling Center
1. Scope of Services
The therapist provides professional counseling and therapy services, including affordable couples counselling, tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. All sessions are confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional ethics.
2. Appointment Scheduling and Duration
Sessions are scheduled in advance based on mutual agreement between the therapist and the client.
Each session typically lasts for 45-60 minutes
3. Fees and Payment
The per-session fee is payable before the session begins at the clinic. For online sessions, payment needs to be made 6 hours before a session
(Only UPI accepted).
Payments can be made via UPI or cash for clinic sessions
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 6 hours notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 6 hrs notice can incur a partial fee of 25% of the booking amount.
If an appointment is canceled, the client has 15 days to rebook the session. Failure to rebook within this period may result in forfeiture of the session and/or additional fees.
5. Therapist-Initiated Cancellations
If the therapist must cancel an appointment, the client will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time, free of charge.
6. Lateness Policy
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions.
If a client is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared during therapy sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, child abuse, or court order).
8. Termination of Services
Either party may decide to terminate the therapeutic relationship. The therapist may recommend termination or referral if the client’s needs fall outside their scope of practice.
9. Emergencies
The therapist does not provide crisis or emergency services. In case of an emergency, clients are advised to contact emergency services or a crisis hotline in their area.
10. Consent and Agreement
By engaging in therapy services, the client agrees to the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
